The public availability of the current heat related risk a guest willingly accepts by attending a park on any given day. We are quit ethe litigious society... the type that has to print warning labels on hot coffee cups that cautions that "it may be hot" .
Just spray me down with a garden hose at strategic locations throughout the park, honestly I’d love it
Just speculation - not based on fact - Perhaps "helping" guests deal with the heat may result in less liability; maybe less folks falling out from the heat, waiting in queues from the badly broken LL system.
You would think it’d be the opposite right? If Disney offers some type of relief to guests, then they might have more liability since it becomes clear they were willing to address an issue but didn’t do enough

I know, I know, straw man..... But its true and avoiding nuclear war is more important (and actually easier) than "trying" to keep the global temp from moving .01 degrees, and "trying" to stop China from building its coal power plants... In my opinion.

It's just like all those "precautions" on those drug commercials. Some of them are hilarious. But it's all for not being sued. If you try to sue them for oh say, someone dying,they can say that it says "might cause death". crazy times we are a living in!
Upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, hives, pancreatic inflammation, renal failure and bleeding are a small price to pay for relief from an occasional itchy nose.
