In all the times I have ridden a monorail I have never heard anyone in a chair or scooter shout for assistance in order to board or unload from a monorail. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Maybe not shouting for assistance. But I have seen someone having to wait to get off until a CM came along the platform, who then had to radio to ask for a ramp. Meanwhile there was one woman loudly complaining about the wait.

I think it's more of the appearance of things that I take issue with.

It sort of comes across like, "We didn't design this with everyone in mind, but we can break out this beat-up old ramp if you really need it."

I'd love to see a more elegant, integrated (and automated) design.
I am impressed that the designers of Velocicoaster took that into consideration. Have you ever seen someone transfer from a wheelchair to ride it? Riders do need to transfer and be able to get into the seat, but it is nowhere near as difficult as, say Test Track, where riders have to climb down into the cars.

IMO, more attractions ought to be designed that way.
