Charging on MagicBand at kiosks

This is why i like the magic band concept, it was nice last year to charge everything to the credit card linked to our room key. No digging for money and this time i don't even have to dig for a card (just hoping the band will be comfy).

Side question..anyone know if you can pick what magic bands have cards linked to them? I imagine they would since children have their own magic bands. Or maybe if we have 4 people on a reservation, me and my wife on one credit card linked to our bands, and her parents with their own credit card linked to their bands. Anyone know if this is possible?

If you are staying at the resort each room has one credit card linked and everyone in that room is linked to that one card.

Dreamfinder, thanks for the info. I wasn't sure and trying to get an answer from Chase is like trying to heard cats.

Yeah the balloon vendors need to keep up with the time. They don't even accept any credit cards, cash only. The ballon vendor might be one of the worst jobs at Disney..lol

While I kind of hate wearing things around my wrist -- I don't wear watches because the weight and the constriction really irk me -- I really like the Magic Bands last year during Food & Wine. Gone are the days when I need to carry two or more items back to a standing area to enjoy them while fumbling with my money clip and credit cards. Just scan and punch in a number. It's so easy, and it makes getting around those festival crowds with a couple plates and beverages so much easier. I'll deal with the annoyance of having that plastic jewelry on. The conveniences are just too advantageous to pass up.

tl;dr: The Magic Bands are super convenient. Use them everywhere that you can, especially at the kiosks. No need to second guess the decision.

Not F&G, but there is at least one food booth at Boardwalk that does not take them because it is run by a third party.
