Wouldn’t the President of WDW have a voice in things like pricing? The pricing that may or may not be playing a part in lower attendance while at the same time squeezing the guests that do show up more and more? Not to mention the long-standing rumor that he despises both Figment and the Imagination pavilion.

I am sad to hear that as since the Fiftieth Anniversary the way Disneyland was being run made the way WDW was being run look like a joke.

He’ll likely continue to do sections of things. D23 was still Iger forward. While he clearly liked the hob nobbing around media figures, he still was visible for his own legacy projects.

What I do think you’ll see is Dana’s presentation Friday, Tom’s Saturday and Josh being on Legends Sunday. With bleeding around the edges.

Where we won’t see him is Destination D23, but we didn’t even have that last year to begin with.
