We're on the free dining plan and we're going over to Pepper Market for dinner on the day we're going to Hollywood Studios since it's in that same vicinity.

What does everyone think about it and what are some of your favorites there? I've heard some good things about it.

And since we've never been to WDW - what'st he best way to get to CSR from DHS?

I can't answer the question about Pepper market until our trip in Sept when we will be staying at CSR but the best way to get to CSR from DHS is take the bus.

Hey Jennifer

We stay at CSR and love the Pepper Market. If you've never been there before it can be confusing and a bit overwellming. I love the grill station. The grilled tuna and rib eye are my faves. My wife is a big salad eater and loves the market station. Her fave is the oriental salad with shrimp. The Pepper Market is good but, If you want a really good dinner, the Maya Grill is a far better choice IMO.

We've stayed there as well and liked the Pepper Market as well. It is a little more expensive due to the fact that it serves much higher quality "food court" fare b/c of the Convention Center there. IMO...its better than the "food courts" at the All Star resorts. But I'd also recommend the Maya Grill for dinner if your going to be at CSR.

Great Food at Pepper Market

We loved the different stations in the Pepper Market.
This option gave us choices for the kids and variety of meats or pasta for everyone. We'll go back in a heartbeat.

I Love Pepper Market, All of Coronado Springs is Gorgeoous.

But it's feel will depend on if there's a big convention. PM is a unique place to eat. Great atmosphere! But if you're in town during a large Convention, it's attendees can dominate the eateries. Mickey Mouse is last thing on a lot of their minds. I could be here as a CEO completing a major deal, and I'd still be talking about the parks. But these guys......... In this atmosphere, talking about merging Insurance zones and adjusting the budget forecast. ASTONISHING!! Can't relate.

you will leave full, i ate there on the meal plan when i paid for it. The meal would have been $120.00 for four people. I would recommend the fish tacos they are best i have ever had.

CSR is our fave resort. The breakfast at the Pepper Market is amazing as well as lunch and dinner. We ate there for all 3 meals on several ocassions and never left hungry and usually with to-go boxes. As mentioned earlier in posts, the "stations" are a really cool way to get food. The nacho plate is enough for 4 or 5 people. The burrito can feed 3 or 4. I also love the fish tacos. I really didn't think it is as expensive as some might. It is cheaper than going to Maya or another TS resteraunt.

I have been there for a convention as well. We go to the Coalition to Salute America's convention (for war wounded), it has been heald there several times. The staff is always top notch and caters to our every need (God knows we have a lot of needs). If you are staying at the resort and not affiliated with a convention, you would never know one was going on. Of course, this is based on the experiences me and my family had at CSR. We love CSR!!!

The Pepper Market was a great surprise for us. I wasnt expecting much but it turned out to be very good. I had a fajita plate and it was AWESOME. It is a bit on the costly side but we will definitely go again. All in all I say its a definite try.

Great comments so far! Thanks everyone!

We're not worried about the price of PM because we're on the free dining plan! :sohappy: PM would just count for 1 quick service meal for us and with what I've seen on the food quality...you just can't beat that. I'd rather have grilled tuna than a nasty burger ANY day of the week. The fish tacos also sound good. Thank you for the great suggestions on menu items, Disney Soldier.

My favorite thing about Pepper Market is the steak fries. I hate Disney fries  but it's good there, especially if you're on the dining plan and aren't paying out of pocket (I found it expensive.) Where else can you get a rib-eye steak for a CS credit? :slurp:

Love the Pepper Market at CSR! There is such a huge selection and the great thing about it is, for a Counter Service credit on the dining plan, you basically get a choice of food that can be found on sit down meals! To get to CSR from DHS just hop on the CSR bus and your there. Enjoy!
