this is a great idea...i voted magic kingdom, but then after reading these posts, ill change to epcot...i only hope this idea is around for good as my family is still a yr away from going!!

Not a bad idea (as it's ever so popular!)...
Along those lines though, what about the food court at The Land? Lots of seating, and plenty of food options.
Plus, we can finish the get-together by taking on the boat ride en masse.
That ride needs some love and attention from adoring fans!

Sunshine Seasons is always good. Treats for people who want them, some slightly healthier fare and plenty of selection. If you don't schedule during meal time, there is usually seating.
Another advantage is that it has rides and shows...so kids can group up and go do stuff without being bored...
I'd have no problem letting my kid get onto the rides there as long as she's with some older kids (she is only 8, nearly 9...not quite ready to completely let go of the strings <grin>)
Good point! I think Sunshine Seasons would be great! Tons of options for everyone that wants to eat something and also plenty of things to keep kids occupied.

For the late summer (August), 3 - 4 would be a good choice...it's not terribly crowded then from my recollection.
Well...that is...unless it rains!

It always seems to be busy no matter the time. Would kind of be hard to figure out who's there for the meetup to in my opinion
