Water transportation shut down 12/30/19

On our way to magic kingdom from Fort wilderness when we had to turn back to the dock less than 30 seconds later. A cast member announced both lakes have been shut down until further notice, then said the reason why was “a story for the ages” and said nothing further. Been stuck 45 mins so far.

Rumor has it someone jumped off the ferry on their way to fort wilderness. Took awhile for the person to be found and rescued due to lack of lighting. Finally on our way to MK again.

Ferry and bus service suspended at MK

Receiving word that ferry and bus service are currently suspended at MK. Monorails still operating. No ETA on return of ferry service. Will update.
