Walt Disney/Verizon bring Mobile Magic to parks

This press release came out about a year ago announcing many new experiences via your cell phone, WDW, & Verizon. "Planned services include an exclusive mobile application that will give guests with Verizon Wireless service the ability to easily locate shows, restaurants and the Disney characters anywhere inside the Parks; get real-time attraction availability information; access mobile games; receive messages from characters and more."

This sounds like a great addition to park services. Anyone have more current details on this?

I'm curious to how this will play out with Disney releasing a bunch of iPhone Apps. I would love for Disney to do a real time wait app so we can know the wait times. (though I hardly go by those lol)
