Tower of Terror Ear Hats

I know I saw someone in Epcot wearing a set of ears that resembled the bell hop hats from Tower of Terror. I've been looking for them ever since and I can't find them, not even at the Tower of Terror gift shop. Has anyone seen them? Especially since Tower of Terror is my most favorite ride, I really want them!

If they are, I have yet to find them. I'm going to double check at Magic Kingdom on Sunday. But I'm getting the ones from Etsy which I'm really excited about!
