Is it worth paying 12.95 for a year subscription when I'm only at the park for 5 days? We will be there during New Years holiday, just not sure if the touring plans really works. We do have our 3 FP for each day and the rest of the time spent walking around and standing in line for the rides we can get on. Isn't this what everyone else does? Just wondering??

If you want to be sure you're maximizing every minute, then yes, it's worth it. I really enjoy using the touringplans site. In fact, if you plan to go back every year or two, spring for a 3-year subscription, which will save you even more.

I should add, however, that the site is currently out of date when it comes to predicting wait times. (You could still use it for general information and to get an idea of which attractions are the ones to get to first thing after rope drop, but don't rely on the projected wait times.) They have not yet adapted their predictions to reflect recent changes in lines due to the Fastpass+ partial rollout. (For example, touringplans will still say the wait at Haunted Mansion is 15 minutes at times of day where in-park visitors are reporting that it's more like 30 minutes thanks to the effect of the new FP+ return line on standby waits)! Apparently they are waiting until it is fully rolled out to update the wait times for the newly-FP+-enabled attractions. In the meantime, I'm just using the site for everything-but-touring-plan-optimization.

Absolutley. Especially, since you're visiting during a very busy time. Pay it now and get to work!

(I don't work for them, know anyone who works for them or make one single penny in an entire year for recommending it. I just think it is totally worth getting.)

I agree it is worth it. In fact the less time you have at WDW, the more you want to make the best use of it.
