Easter dinner at Mom and Pop’s…!!!
My plate of beef stroganoff casserole, potato salad, three bean salad and smoked brisket with spicy bbq sauce…the brisket doesn’t really need the sauce, but I like a little kick to most of my food…plus a pic of a bunch of other food that I didn’t get to ‘cause I “snacked” a bit too much beforehand…!!!!!

As usual, that's an incredible spread! I'm intrigued by the casserole (beneath the taco chips bowl and the bean salad). Looks really tasty with the toppings of tomatoes, scallions and cheese -- what exactly was that dish?

Thanks Minnie, it’s still what we do…!!!
It’s a classic 7-layer dip of refried beans, guac, sour cream, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives…but, the relative that made it doesn’t like black olives so they left them off…geez, just pick them off…!!!!!

It’s a classic 7-layer dip of refried beans, guac, sour cream, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives…but, the relative that made it doesn’t like black olives so they left them off…geez, just pick them off…!!!!!

Even my picky eating husband will eat black olives! He won’t eat green ones. He’s missing out.

I pick onions out of nearly every dang thing.

Tonight’s dinner, “sweet n spicy salmon” (red pepper jelly/soy sauce/ginger glaze) with Uncle Ben’s wild rice and broccoli.

Asparagus with bacon and cream cheese from Easter a few years ago…if there was enough of it, I could make a meal outta’ just this…!!!!!

I’ve never been a picky eater, and have yet to meet an olive I didn’t like…!!!
Onions have always been cool for me, as well, as in I can eat the heck outta’ ‘em…!!!
