Fave Show

I'm tied...... I would immediately say RoE, however, before my visit to WDW in 2000, I had no interest in Tapestry of Nations, and yet when I first watched it, the music, the dancers, watching the crowds dance, and the Sage of Time just did it for me. Every single time I watched it, I cried. Moved me so much!

But so did RoE, so could you choose between them?

I have yet to see RoE so I will go with the American Adventure. As patriotic as I have always been it never fails that I get a little misty every time I see that show. Between the Civil War song "Two Brothers" and "America" I lose it.

America, spread your golden wings
sail on freedoms wind across the sky

I would have to go with Jay Rod's touching laundry room performance.....

Seriously.... Before September 11, I would have picked RoE, but now I would choose American Adventure.

I think ROE ans Tapestry of nations are exceptionally moving and even more so as the World unites together against those who fight against peace, prosperity and happiness in this world.

I would have to go with CoP although HISTA with the shaking theatre would come in a close second. ;) ...

Seriously, I would have to go with Freak. RoE is awe inspiring but AA always gets a tear or two out of me. I don't understand how adult U.S. citizens can walk out of that one and say it was boring. It really bothers me when I hear people saying bad things about it when I walk out. I would expect it from kids, perhaps, but when I see people twice my age come out of it disgusted, it just makes me sick inside... I'm guessing it's found renewed appeal in recent weeks, though, since it's now cool to love your country again...

When I was waiting for a bus after Magic Kingdom closed Saturday night, the water pageant was going on. Nobody really seemed to notice or care since we couldn't hear the music. It seems that nobody really gives it a second glance. Suddenly, when the Stars and Stripes finale started, the entire crowd of people erupted into cheering and applause!!! My whole life, I had never seen this happen before.

I completely agree MrP. How could someone born and raised here not love this country. I don't mean to be blunt here but no one is forcing you to stay. If you dislike it that much then leave. People really need to think what they say before saying it. Maybe living a couple months in Bagdad, Iraq...Sarajevo, Bosnia....Havana, Cuba...or Beijing, China may change their minds.
