Tables In Wonderland Questions

I did a search but didn't find what I was looking for. My whole family (9 adults, 4 babies) is going to WDW in Sept. I've been looking into TiW trying to figure out if it's worth it. I understand how the program works but I would like some clarification of some "unofficial" info I've read on various blogs and what not:

1. Are there ever any other restaurants (particularly QS ones) that are not listed on the TiW website that accept the program? Does the list change throughout the year, maybe depending on seasons?

2. Are they really strict about an actual spouse (or partner) receiving the secondary card or can it just be another family member (as in if my dad got one and I, his son, got one)?

3. Are they really strict about IDing and making sure the name on the card matches the name on the credit card?

I'm mostly interested in people's answers who have used it so far in 2014 since the recent changes were made. Thanks in advance!

1. No. The restaurant list changes periodically (see the removal of V&A) but it typically is set for the year and stays like that. There are no seasonal changes. And pretty much the only QS options for TiW are in DAK.

2. Not to my knowledge. I've gotten a second card for my mom before. However, we have the same last names so with different last names your experience might differ.

3. It depends on the server.
