I was just thinking that splashmountain had it's grand opening in 1990 I belive at waltdisney world. So it has been open for 13 years after this year is over with. And I thought to myself I wonder if splash mountain will be here 10 or 20 years from now but as you know every attraction has to be replaced soon or later. And I think atleast 10 years from now there will be some sort of new storyline to splash mountain with all new animantronics or a whole new attraction using the current splashmountain set.But I dont think they would use the current one if they would replace it isn't the splash mountain set easy to move or what.Personally if it is anything I would say look for a new splashmountain storyline 10 or 20 years from now what do you people think.

I doubt they would ever replace Splash Mountain it's waaaaay too popular. Rides that have been replaced in the past 10 years werent exactl as popular as Splash. Look at the Materhorn in DL it's still there and doesn't look like it's going anywhere.

It is so popular that I still haven't ridden it. Splash Mountain will be my first stop this year during our visit to MK.:D

Splash is one of the top E-tickets (yes I know it was not around for the tickets) in both DL and WDW I don't see it going anywhere. But does anyone else find it funny that one of the biggest and most popular attractions is based on a movie that almost no one under the age of 30 has seen??????? If anyone out there has a copy of Song of the South let me know!!!!!!

Such Simplicity!

Hee, hee, hee, hee, ha, ha, ha!
Boy am I in luck!
I think about my laughin' place,
Yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk, yuk! Ha-yuk, yuk!

Everybody's got a laughin' place,
A laughin' place, to go ho-ho!
Take a frown, turn it upside-down,
And you'll find yours I know ho-ho!

It's nearly a stroke of luck that such an attraction was based around this movie. Its been banned here in the U.S. for years!!!!

Actually, Thank Mr. Eisner's son for coming across the model of this attraction and saying "that would be cool". I heard this was catalyst for it, (or at least one of the reasons.)

How do you do?

How do you do?
Mighty pleasant greetin'
How do you do?
Say it when you're meetin'
How do you do?
With every one repeatin'
Pretty good sure as you're born.

What goes up is sure to come down.
A penny lost is a penny found.
How do you do?
And here's a hearty back
A little bit of this and a little bit of that.

How do you do?
Fine. How are you?
How you come on?
Pretty good sure as you're born.

Stop jumpin' around,
You'll run out of breath!
Why don't you sit back
And calm yourself?

You can hurry on now if you must.
We'll do what we like, 'cause...
That suits us.

Pretty good sure as you're born.
Pretty good sure as you're born.

The weather is good,
The fishin' is fine.
What do we do
With all of our time?

Well we sit and we think
and we wiggle our toes.
That's what you ask us.
That's what we know!

Pretty good sure as you're born.
Pretty good sure as you're born.

How do you do?
Fine. How are you?

Time to be turning around.
Time to be turning around.
Here's lookin' for
A little more adventure.
But he's headed for
A little bit of trouble.
He's headed for
A little bit of danger.

Time to be turning around.
Time to be turning around.
Time to be turning around.

The attractionmight get a lil twicked some day. But not altured to mutch, Oh and the Materhorn was modified long ago, Due to the original version walt opened didn't have the Adominal(SP?) Snow Man in it, and now it is in it, I know I road it back in 99. Though i missed Splash, due to Temp and the long line. It was too long, I wish it had FP back then,

Oh and why is Song Of The South baned in america????
I been wondering why. I seen a lil bit in one of the Disney shows, but thats it.

Oh no, Why did i think to mutch, now i cant get Splash Mt out of my head, Ahhhhhhh
