Saratoga Springs Bus Change

Buses are traveling through Saratoga Springs using the hotel name in the destination sign. Apparently, we missed our bus labeled like this instead of our destination. When we asked a bus driver about this, he explained that we are supposed to ask each driver with such a sign where the bus is going. Anyone know what is going on here?

We just got back from a stay there and had that issue. Drivers said that it is an issue with the signal that the bus gets to change the marquee. It only kicks in after the second stop I guess. IDK why they don't manually change it. Many of the drivers where good about getting out and saying where the bus is going. Some just did not give a care and just drove off.
