Printing eTickets from Third Party Sellers (Undercover Tourist)

Hey everyone,

A few months ago we purchased tickets for Disneyland via Undercover Tourist and were sent an email with QR Codes for them. We then used these to link our tickets to the Disneyland app. However, on the email it says to print out the tickets but we don't have access to a printer. As we have the tickets on the app, do we still need them printed off? Seems like mixed messages from what I have seen with some saying yes and to go the ticketing office for a physical ticket and others saying that the QR Codes will simply work at the entrance.

I've purchased many tickets from Undercover Tourist. On a normal day, loading the tickets into the Disneyland app is all you need to do. The Disneyland app will then take over from there and is all you need. Again, this is the way it works on a normal day. I imagine the reason for it stating to print the PDF ticket from Undercover Tourist is to act as a fallback for if the app doesn't work or there is some other kind of technical or logistics issues that might come up. I've never had an issue but that doesn't mean one can never happen.

Disney also states to print out or have your park reservation QR code ready as well, but I've never needed to use this code as it seems the system already sees the reservation when you first scan your ticket for the day.

All in all, once you scan your ticket into the Disneyland app, for the most part, this is all you need. And don't forget to make a park reservation as well.

Thank you so much for your response. Feeling so much more reassured now and we've had our reservations all sorted for a while now so we should be good. Thanks again! :)
