Since my renewal period is coming up.. I just figured I’d get it done otherwise I’ll just wait until guest services is open again

I believe Disney is extending the APs through this time of closure.

Disney is extending APs until they reopen. Wait until they reopen and figure out when your new expiration/renewal date is.

It's still available, they have likely suspended all renewals until they have a re-opening date so they can then reset all expiration dates across the board and then restart renewal sales.
