What's the reliability of the screamscapers? They seem to be the only ones saying this.

Lance is pretty up on things although he takes most of his rumors directly from fan submits via email. For now I'd take it with a grain of salt. But, if you pair this rumor with the HM restaurant rumors (talking same area with a semi filled-in ROA) there's clearly something brewing.
