I feel very much the same. They are striking a nice balance in incorporating IPs without making it cartoony. The choices of Bambi and Pocahontas are also the most suited to the feel of the hotel rather than the most commercial, which is refreshing if they are going to go this route.Really like the look of those Sequoia Lodge rooms and how the character details are more subtle

I think that's more the photo they took, than the actual lighting.

I read somewhere else that the terrace has 120 seats, not the whole restaurant.That big building will only seat 120 people? Is that a typo?
Agreed, but keep in mind that with photography lighting and white balance can definitely look different in a picture than to the eye. so it might loek brighter in person.Maybe a bit better. But the light bulb colour against the dark wood behind the bed gives it a gloomy look. They could have gone for a lighter wood tone for a start.
