From Google: Food and Wine Festival: July 25–November 16, 2024 (estimated dates)
Dates were announced April 12 for 2023, so anytime now.

Sure of course, I would wait to see when dates were announced exactly. I'm sure that wdwmagic is more perceptive than me about Disney lore. Those were just tentative dates from Google.

The longer they make booth structures much more"permanent" the longer they extend said event..

Some of the food and drink options being served at the kiosks are guest favorites and should be offered outside of the event dates. Not everyone can make it to FL during the events when the kiosks are operating.
