Fastpass line

I was at the parks last week and noticed on a couple of occasions that people came through the fastpass line with a sheet of paper rather than a fastpass. It seemed to be a general pass rather than one specific for the ride. Anyone know what this might be and how to get one?

It most likely was a Guest Assistance Card. These are given to folks with disabilities that make standing in line difficult. I believe often for families with children that have different conditions such as autism.

It could have been a manual fast pass voucher. We were given one a few years ago when we were delayed about half an hour getting our park tickets at the Epcot ticket booths (we had ordered online, and between them scanning our voucher and printing our tickets, the machine broke). It was a form on a small sheet of white paper, that was valid for any Fastpass attraction, at any time.

As steve76 said, it was probably a manual fastpass. We were given 2 of them last week by a CM when something happened to me whilst standing in line and I had to go to first aid.

Sounds like a manual fastpass we got some a couple of years ago for test track and they were paper and yellow lol we got them goes me and my mate were mucking around with our gian sumbreos !
