Can anyone tell me how the lines for Fantasmic have been as of late? We were unable to attend any showings (because of rain) during our May trip. The last time we attended a showing was in 2007, when it was being shown more frequently and there were two showings in a night. At that time we were waiting 1-1.5 hours in able to get a good seat.

We will be at WDW in Early December for a week and there are only 2 Fantasmic showings during the entire time we are there. Should we do the Fantasmic package to make sure we can get in to a showing? If we do not choose the package, what are your thoughts on the wait?

I am also interested in this. I am guessing that the lines will be pretty long to get in. I am planning on seeing the second show and hoping that it's not as bad.

reading other threads around here, and some are saying the parks are dead, so it shouldn't be too bad

they are LONG. expect to stand if you get there at 8:30 for a 9:00 show. F! is only twice a week and my vacationers plan around just to be there a certain F! night.

Recently they've been doing Fantasmic only 3 nights a week, but at 8:30 and 10:00. The lines are shorter for 10:00.

Crowds have dropped off a lot starting Sunday (school started for many families on Monday) so it should be easier to get in now.
