Family Coats of Arms at Epcot (UK Pavilion)

On our last visit to WDW, we purchased our family's Coat of Arms from a shop in the UK Pavilion. The store gave us a card that indicated that they were operated by a local company and that they had another store outside of WDW. I cannot remember the name of the local store. I cannot find the card and my wife and I are interested in buying more items. Does anyone know the name/number/website of the local store?
