Disney Homes

I have worked on designing hotel rooms and suites, I made a model for Space Mountain and SpaceShip Earth, and I will be posting finished pictures hopefully by the end of the week, but I have a wonderful new idea, not just creating a new hotel or a model of another ride, but something different.
*This is just an idea I had and who knows if this ever happens in Walt Disney World*

Disney Homes. I always thought that it would be so cool to live and work on Disney Property. But with these homes, you don't have to work in the World to live in them.
They won't be in the parks, they will be outside of the parks, probably by some hotels or something I don't know.

But it was just an idea.
I will be designing these homes in the Sims 2, I thought it would be a lot easier because the programs I used for the hotel just crashed a lot.

When the home's are done I will put a price tag on Renting homes and buying homes. The renting homes will be a bit more expensive than staying at any of the Deluxe resorts.

If anyone has any ideas they will be greatly appreciated=]:)

Well...there are actual houses (well, more trailer parks than anything) on WDW property--the "cities" of Lake Buena Vista (sorta near Saratoga Springs) and Bay Lake (near the north end of Bay Lake). People do live there, and are the voting population of the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

Have you checked out Celebration? It is "the town that Disney built". I wrote a paper on it in my rhetoric class back in my university days. We visit it every trip.

Wow, I didn't know about those!
Well the ones I'm designing are by like a hugeee lake. Each home varies in size, some will have only 2 bedrooms, others will have up to 5-6.
