Been a while since I've posted here, but I had an idea that I had to share.
It's well known that TSL at DHS can get very due to the lack of any real cover in the area, and the fact that this park doesn't have any water rides is shameful.
How about a fountain that is designed to look like a giant fan sprinkler with the blade and multiple nozzles? This way it's just in a specific area that people can play in? Make it so the water area is contained, but the blade moves just slightly back and forth and the water nozzles play in patterns with music every half hour. Of course this would be weather dependent and only work on hot days.
