Candlelight Processional 2015

This December will be our first Disney vacation during the Christmas holiday season. We are looking forward to the Candlelight Processional. Can someone share details with me? I see the list of those who have been scheduled as narrators. I see the list of the price for the various dining options for the CP. I imagine we should be making our reservations soon. Do we pay for the meal when we place the reservation? Do we get to choose our meal from their normal menu or is it a set meal? I would imagine that the tip would be in addition to the cost that you are paying and if so, you would pay the tip at the end of the meal. Is that true? Any recommendations on the best way to plan for the CP dining option?

Make an ADR for the restaurant and time you want. Remember: There will be specific dining reservation times for each show as follows: for the 5 p.m. show reservation for dining must be between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m.; for the 6:45 p.m. show dining must be between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m.; and for the 8:15 show dining must be between 4:20 and 5:45 p.m.

You do not pay up front, you pay after you eat.
I don't remember if it is a set menu because I always pick the Biergarten buffet, but:
• Appetizer
• Entree
• Dessert
• Non-alcoholic beverage is what you get

Tip is additional and paid at the end of the meal.

how do I plan? I look at the dates I am going, pick my Epcot day, pick a restaurant and show time and make a reservation.

After I eat, I line up early. I am picky about where I sit, so I line up 45 minutes before show time. Enjoy the show, it is really beautiful.

In order to determine if it is a good value, does anyone know if you are able to order ANYTHING from their regular menu? For instance, if we make a lunch reservation (and then go to the 5:00 processional) can we order any appetizer, entrée, non-alcoholic beverage and dessert that is on their regular menu or is it limited?
