This brought me to tears and then I read it to my mother and both of us were suddenly crying. So touching and this cast member needs a raise and promotion. Amazing the power that they can have.

I saw this on facebook too! I thought it was very touching and it was a wonderful gesture made by the CM. I'm glad that Disney was able to bring some light to that family in a time of need. The CM who organized this did a phenomenal job.
