His name is TJ. And trust me, he is an Icon of Tower. He doesn't work weekends though (Friday - Sunday) so most weekend vacationers won't see him, which is a shame.

OMG REALLY THANKS!!! I'm making SURE im going to ToT mon-thurs, they dude is my CM hero. I figured i wasnt the only person who noticed how amazing he was at his job, he really knows how to spread the magic.
