I think all areas of the parks are made to be enjoyed by anyone who wants to enjoy them. I do agree with being mindful and respectful of the others around you, especially children. If something like the Bluey show (or heck, even Playhouse Disney) is your jam, that's great. You do you. But let the kids have their fun up front and take a step back to prioritize that space for them and their families. The same way one should a parade or cavalcade. You want a photo with a roaming character? That's fine too, just don't force yourself ahead of any potential young ones who may also be flocking to said character. That sort of thing.
