I've been trying for two weeks to purchase the Imagine passes for my family of five. (The So-Cal pass is the only one I personally can stomach at the moment due to Disney management, but as my kids are currently homeschooled we can definitely make use of it and get our money's worth.)
The online form you fill out to buy the passes (which I've now filled out dozens of times) looks like it is processing when I submit it, but won't move past the final step of actually providing me with the passes. Disney has charged and refunded my credit card at least five times now.
When I call the number as instructed, a recorded message tells me there is "high call volume. . . to insure that all guests can get through, please try back later"-- and then the line goes dead.
Is there some kind of trick to this? What am I doing wrong? Will they sell it to me in person? I've tried at all times of day, on multiple devices, online and on the app. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
