Unfortunately for me I won't be going to Disney World in the summer of 2012, my next WDW vacation won't be for a couple years :( (because of some family things), so what I'm asking everyone is, do you have any advice to make the time go by faster? Should I try and not think about Disney until it is closer? Is there anything you did if you were once in the same situation? I really do love to think about Disney and come on these decussion boards, but maybe it would be better if I didn't? Another thing is I try to talk to my family about WDW, but they don't want to talk about it all the time like i do, but anyway please give me some of your opinions or advice!! Thanks a lot! :)

My advice? Live life. It is rich and exciting. Wake up in the morning and be thankful for another day in which to experience the life given to you. Enjoy every opportunity to be with the people that you love, and to do the things that enrich your human existence. Give yourself over to kindness, grace, joy, and thanksgiving. Within time, your vacation will come, and it won't be such a vital factor after all.

Listen to redsoxguy. You strike me as being young? Life is short enjoy it to its fullest. We've been to Disney many, many times and it is not going anywhere.

Beautifully stated! Life is Beautiful, live it, enjoy it and savor every second of it!

I completely know what you are going to be going through lol.. All my life I visited WDW every year, once a year.. I am going on 4 years now, since I've been there due to finances and other things. I honestly can say the time goes by quickly if you aren't even thinking about it. I didnt frequent this site for a while because that made it worse lol. I do have a trip planned, FINALLY for September and its my first Solo trip and I couldn't be more excited to visit again and do things on my own and on my time.

Now I think back to my last trip in Nov 2008, and it really feels like yesterday.. where did the last 3 1/2 years go?? You will be fine!
