I've been of the opinion that JII was always gonna leapfrog SSE for awhile, but Josh seems fond of the little guy. Epcot was absent from last D23/investment wave, lots of chatter how "refurbs" can be used to fill gap years...

If TA and Monsters is 2027, and Cars is likely 2029. That leaves 2028 as a good year for a JII make over to open up, doesn't it?

I think Imagination is this D23 with concept art, elaboration on the stuff at 2027 Destination D23 (along with info on what's gonna go into the theater!), and 2028 D23 is SSE.

I'm just covering bases but it does feel like we're hitting that point where the stars are aligning, no matter how slowly they do align.

Tom was actually the least objectionable of those five in my book. Rasulo was god-awful, as was Chapek and of course Pressler started the whole mess.

To be honest, I did as well. Then I looked more and discovered it may not have been his moniker. I have yet to find the actual original article, though, so until that happens, maybe we keep it as a Spirit'ed creation.
