Pre-Trip 2 Broke Guys and..?

Have patience. There are layers. and a fair amount of details are still up in the air.

What we know for sure so far:

1. We do not have annual passes so far this year. We currently do not have plans to get them right away.

2. My sister and nephew are taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral, along with my sister-in-law and another nephew and niece. This is in mid to late July. It is not a Disney Cruise.

3. Each of those two separate parties also wants to stop at Disney World/in the area, not necessarily at the same time. Neither are staying on property. My sister is renting a nice hotel, my sister-in-law and family are staying for a few days in a different one.

4. I do not believe they have coordinated which park or parks they would like to visit on which day, but I know I will have to go on a Saturday. This would make buying an annual pass pointless.

As far as I know, I am the only one staying on property! Although, I haven’t booked anything yet. I presume Brian is coming along, but who knows? We will have to see what his schedule will allow, and also what we are going to do about the following:

I don’t know how much I want to put this out into the universe, but a friend has been trying to get us to take his mother‘s dog. She’s having trouble keeping up. This is a Shiba Inu.

Brian always had two dogs at once. I never did. I said I was open to possibly doing that this time.

As it stands, once Elsa is more settled, we will bring both dogs to a place we both hang out and see if they get along. Even if they do, nothing is definite. But let’s see where life takes us. Then will be two broke guys and two dogs.

At some point soon, I have to get to planning this July Disney trip. I will let you guys know as soon as I know anything. I guess I should book a pet friendly room to be on the safe side (?)

Although I think they might have a 50 pound limit? I can’t remember. Kylie was right on that line and then eventually a few pounds over without issue. Elsa is, we were told, about 65 pounds. We will find out for sure tomorrow!

Something somewhere had a 50 pound limit. Darn my brain.

I wonder if we can swing The Cabins for a couple of nights. otherwise, it would most likely be Port Orleans.

All this amid expanding my largest store (surprise) and if anyone didn’t know, I opened a third store in November (doing great) (ETA: duh, I’m sure I mentioned that in my Christmas TR) and prepping for Record Store day on April 18. Plus I need my gallbladder out ASAP.

Never a dull moment. Grateful for that.

My first dog didn't know he needed a buddy until he met his potential brother, and then they never left each other's sides. The pic of Elsa holding your hand is priceless - I love when they do that. And like Zip says, they know good people. Many happy memories to be made, for sure! And congratulations on the store expansion!

Our kids had 2 puppers as everyone was growing up, all got on famously, and oldest son,@disney9000 has 4 personal love bugs in his own home now.
