I called the pass holder member services phone number. They said that I cannot transfer the pass and I have to still pay the monthly payment :( Unfortunate that this pass will never get used now.

Can you transfer an annual pass to another person provided you still pay for it? I ask this because I bought someone a pass for their birthday and they have decided to go away to school and won't be able to use it anymore. Can I just have this put in someone else's name? Thanks.
