So going to Disney in a week...I have a lunch res for BOG our last day. I really wanted one for the first night. Is there any real chance that I would somehow be able to get a din reservation there our first night, which would be August 16, or should I just give up hope and be happy I have lunch...

It's July why would they be putting up Christmas lights....and I would think it would be harder to do while the other construction is going on
