Thank you for your insight on LILO. I was wondering if you had any more information you can give me. Do you know anything about the training procedure that was involved with this. From what I've heard Disney "Champions" train "Super Users" and then Super Users train basic Disney University Trainers, and finally DU trainers train the managers and cast members of the resort. Do you know anything about this?
