    Attendance

I haven't been to Disney in 8 years. For those who have been recently would you say attendance is the same as always, increased or decreased ? If so why ? We are going this summer. Thanks

    Pace Makers?

Going in June 2017. I spoke to Medtronic about my pacer and they said the reason no "thrill" rides is not for safety of me or my heart but more less the pacer. When stop and go rides, fast to slow, jarring, etc. they are affraid the lead could break off. Also some of the harnesses that hold you...

    Pacemakers in the park ...

I think I will be great. No thrill rides for me. I am good with that as I am not a thrill seeker. Magic Bands will be fine as well. :)

WDW with a Pacemaker/Defibrillator: Any Limitations?

Contact the manufactor. I have Medtronic and they said the magic band will do NO harm to the pacemaker it's the "reader" that reads the magic bands and just stay 6"+ from those, everything else should be fine. There are thousands of pacemaker visitors at Disney each day and they would never harm...

    Pacemakers In The Parks ...

I referee ball all year long. Baseball, Soccer, Basketball. I stay active. I refereed 7 games this past Saturday ... I have ridden all the thrill rides 5 years ago BEFORE the pacer and was fine. Guess the doc just doesn't want to risk anything now with a pacer.

    Pacemakers In The Parks ...

    Pacemakers In The Parks ...

I have emailed the maker (Medtronic) just to see what they say. I have never ridden in the subway lol ... Yea I am pretty sure most rides are safe it's just precaution the doctor puts on us for safety. If each ride had that powerful a magnet it would not function and everyone's teeth feelings...
