I'm 19k in the green after 6 years of a 200-point resale. That being said, if I didn't have DVC, there's no way that I'd be spending $1000/night at the Polynesian.

Yeah. It's horrible staying at the Polynesian 10 nights a year for $1600. Next, you're going to tell me that it's not more valuable now than when I purchased it.

We didn't for our trip from 8/12 - 8/21. There was nothing that we couldn't get on and the longest wait was 40 minutes for tron. But they also rode it twice in an hour. The crowds were the lowest that i have seen in decades.
