Agreed. My girlfriend described it perfectly about one of her co-workers... "We were talking about how Epcot has changed so much over the years. Then I realized the conversation needed to stop when she said 'But I love the Moana thing!!'" 🤷‍♂️

They brought back ladies and gentlemen to the monorail. Maybe its just me, but I do miss the whole dramatic "ladies and gentlemen... boys and girls!" thing they used to do before the big nighttime shows. Political stuff aside, it just felt like a magical intro.

I disagree. I dont believe it represents epcot anymore. I love it and hope it stays forever, though. Mr. Edison might have invented this bifocals I'm wearing... But I can assure you they are not rose colored.

One of the easiest fixes would simply just be to add the different discount/rate options as a drop down selection when you initially search. But by golly gee, even IHG (holidy inn brand) just has you select a room and see all of the options available to you.

Nah it should be simpler.

I found out quickly a few years ago that all the phone line CMs can do is quite literally just the same thing we can do on our end.
