Same he Same in NE Florida, although it is harder to get the upstairs as cool as the downstairs. This is with 2 heat pumps. It was a lot easier before a hurricane knocked down one huge tree at the property line, then the city cut down the one in front of our house.

It reads as if the name of the restaurant is Tiffins Brown Derby. If that is correct, no problem. If you are talking about two different restaurants a comma - but preferably and - is needed. It isn't obvious. Especially if you are posting a list with other names with commas separating them.

The correct response would be to say "oops, it was a typo." Then go back and correct it. Not respond with a snarky remark.
