Newsflash…most people go to WDW for the rides and attractions…not too mention, most aren’t there for two weeks, and are not repeat visitors.

Are you counting “looking at rockwork” as an attraction? A good chunk of a park day is consumed by this.

I wonder if there will also be a pull my finger attraction?

Not sure why this would surprise you. “Pay more, get less” has been a WDW mantra for years now.

With shorter park hours, longer lines, more expensive gate admissions(including genie+), and in some cases a long time to get back and forth from park to hotel to park, I question the strategy of mid day breaks unless you have been many times before and don’t care about maximizing your park time.
