The first one. Younger children will not be prevented from riding like they might for, say, Rock N Roller Coaster. I can't imagine there being a "maximum height." All indications are that the Mine Train is intended to be family-friendly.

Agreed. Generic theme park uniforms. While the "Colonial Williamsbug" style outfits may have been out of date, they at least created a sense of place. These don't have much to do with the U.S. besides being the same colors as the flag.

Indeed. As a late teen/young adult, I adored the attraction. Its intensity was a refreshing change of pace in the Magic Kingdom, but after every visit my companion and I would look at each other and say the same thing: "That is just too scary for kids." Not once did I experience the entire show...
