So upset....we arrive at WDW on August 14th. By 1 stinking day. ::sigh::

Thank you. It made for a bit of a strained WDW trip, but it was also therapeutic. Going down next week and plan on going to Disney Springs to get some Christmas shopping in too.

I rode this ride on its reopening day, the 26th. Will always love the ride. I sat on the front row, right side both times I rode and got wet each time. Yes, it is a water ride I suppose, but I've been riding this ride for years and it wasn't until the last couple of years that I remember...

It was awesome! My trip to FL got suddenly extended sadly when my Gram passed away suddenly/unexpectedly. Was in FL for 3 weeks. Going back down in a few weeks to clean more closets out and hoping for a little Disney fix even if it's Disney Springs!

Leaving tomorrow. All packed and sure I won't sleep tonight!

Some people can get away wearing flip flops/sandals while touring WDW. I'm not one of them, but my Mom swears by her Croc flip flops. Since you know your own feet better than any of us, I think if you take both options you'll be fine! Have a magical time!

It's like the night before Christmas when you were little,except it is just like that every single day when you hit your month. Even with kids going back to school it feels like time is dragging its butt.... Happy Birthday to those lucky enough to be celebrating! That's what our trip is...

9/20 - 9/27 @ Old Key West. 5 adults and 1 toddler!

We leave the 27th (arriving on the 20th). While I want them to fix this ride and fix it right, the Disney freak inside of me has all my fingers and toes crossed that it opens as scheduled. So I get what you are saying/hoping.
