20 Days until I'm back at the Magic Kingdom!!

Im going to Magic Kingdom Friday!!! So pumped!

Today was my second day here, it was 80 degrees yesterday and beautiful, today it was about 40 degrees by the time I left Epcot! Yikes! Anyways, when walking past the 7DMT walls it does appear that a lot of detail work is needed to be done. Wish the 7DMT team the best and I hope they have it...

I figured it wouldn't be ready by then, the Cast Member I know was hopeful but i think he just wants it ready as much as we all do. Something to look forward to in the Spring!

In a recent conversation with a Disney World Cast Member, we discussed the recent Grand Openings and Soft Openings at Disney World. Of course, Grand Openings are announced and made a big deal, the "Soft openings" are supposedly unannounced and can happen on a whim? Is this true or just a Cast...

Exactly. Ha I was checking the schedule and saw that Splash Mountain's last day open was the 5th so I'm glad I checked

I am so determined to ride Splash Mountain that I moved my trip in January up a week to arrive on the 5th so that I have at least one day to enjoy it before the Refurb! Last March when I was there it was closed and I wasn't going to let it happen again!

Agreed. This is the only time of year I am able to go down to Disney and Every time it is closed...not to mention one of my favorite rides. very frustrating!
