It's my own fault for not reading the article myself. It's not an actual article from TPI. It's a fanboi discussion board post. The layout of their website makes that easy to miss. TH Creative is not a TPI writer.

To be fair, Theme Park Insider has had some incredible scoops over the years, including being the first to reveal Diagon Alley and the Gringotts Bank expansion. They are a very reliable news source.
