Yes, an homage to a park element. But even the "classic park element" is a homage to the real thing in Hollywood. Those are actual hand prints in front of the HS Chinese Theatre, BTW.

My gut feeling is that their attorneys made them go over it with a fine toothed comb and to show they "dotted their I's and crossed their T's" before re-opening.

I just got back from a Spring Break trip March 15-19. Other than Monsters, waits were consistently 90 minutes or more in most attractions. I suspect that Stardust will contribute to wait times going down on all other attractions now that it has re-opened.

No. I'm just not fixated on worrying about the intrusion of a limo against Tower of Tower, for example. I'd guess that 99.99% of guests aren't either. They are there to enjoy being in a theme park, just like me.

I go to a theme park to enjoy myself and, yes, escape reality just for a little while. At the same time, I don't overthink every transition and theming element to the point that I'm completely miserable which is what a lot of people do on this forum.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Soarin' Over California (formerly known as simply "Soarin'") was around for a while. Soarin' Around the World was around for a while. This one can last beyond the 250th anniversary of the U.S. also.
