Fully agree on all counts. Despite the years of false starts, I would legitimately place a very large bet on Figment getting the overhaul in the next 5 years. Now it is REALLY time.

I know history has not been kind to EPCOT D23 announcements, but I really do think the likelihood of one happening for SSE (a smaller chance with Figment) is probably above 60%! It's not nothin'!

Any more Pandora development in the domestic parks should A) only be in DAK, B) never be in DCA. Also, DAK needs the capacity and the land/park can absolutely afford the capacity.

Bring back the Golf Resort. 70’s wood paneling and all.

If this land is done correctly this will be included to some degree. NOBM / Chernabog need to make a big appearance. Fingers crossed.

Hot take?: a coaster weaving through the land is tacky and beneath WDI. Villains needs to be grand and beautifully done. Curse of the Werewolf in Dark Universe is a blight. It needs to be Fantasy Springs level offerings.

But actually! Having a Monsters Unchained: Disney Edition within the depths of Bald Mountain??? Too good to be true. I've always loved the ending of that section in Fantasia, it seemed to be a great "unload" scene: all the townspeople/parishioners(?) in the woods singing Ave Maria to celebrate...
