Don't worry. It has happened to us as well. We go several times a year, and a couple of times our ME package didn't arrive until after we left. You are still in the system. All you need to do is after you get off your plane, go to the ME counter, tell them you never got your bag tags, and...

We used the Southwest to POP DME service in August, and it worked like a charm. If you are flying Southwest and not staying at POP, you need to get your bags and then get on the DME Bus. You will also need to take your bags with you on the way back to the airport as well.

The city doesn't really shut down until 6pm. Hopefully you will be in the air by then. :). We are actually sending all of our emplyees home at 4, and closing down for Thursday and Friday. I don't want to be anywhere near the city when G20 hits.

We went right about that same time in 2008, and the weather was beautiful. Not too hat, but not too cold in thevening either. I wore shorts everyday, and was just right.

We've had a situation where we didn't have enough tags and called our travel agent. She gave us yellow tages which we had to write our names on. The DME people in Orlando will want to know how many bags you have and what the claim number is, they can then be sure to get all of your bags for you.
