Build times don't have anything to do with it. Rise took a pretty long time and had major issues upon opening.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but on my last ride I noticed they changed the window projection to turn fully off after the window breaks and no longer stay on. This greatly enhances the starfield effect and brings it back closer to how it used to be.

This is for promotions or sponsorships, I dont think this language would prevent Universal from building a DC land in Orlando. The only problem I could see this causing is Universal may have trouble creating promotions/ads that include both Marvel and DC properties.

I like monsters better personally, but I think ministry is an better attraction overall objectively. There is not a single moment where immersion is broken on ministry and as you mentioned monsters has a lot of glaring sightline issues.
