What's a troll mean here? On Reddit people labled trolls are the one who do the insulting not the ones who get insulted. I really don't understand why people insult others on a forum dedicated to Disney World of all places, its rather silly for people to stoop to such levels of behaviour.

I know for a fact all 3 had them, and had them badly. Staff turnover was terrible and everyone sported red scratches all over. Unless the hotels have been fumigated, cleaned with bleach and all new everything, I'll never set foot in any of them as long as I live.

Thank you for the replies so far. I have contacted Disney and the person I talked to ecstatic about this and helping me out. In fact they were more excited than me. I haven't called Universal yet but I'll report what they say in a few.

Can I ask why people continously insult Jimmy Thick? I fail to see what he's doing wrong and some people follow him around specifically to insult him. Any insight in this matter would be helpful.

Based on my experience I would avoid all of the Universal/Lowes hotels. When I worked at Hard Rock in 2004, all three resorts had serious cases of bedbugs. I would stay off site myself.
